Lost a Gift Certificate?
You are important to us! We will locate the date of sale and can re-issue and
duplicate it for you.Must be picked up at our Spa location because if lost in the mail it cannot be replaced. Our database cannot duplicate or re-issue an already "duplicated re-issued gift certificate."
All services, packages or dollar values for services and products are also available as wonderful LubaMera Gift Certificates. Beautifully boxed and ribboned with a signature LubaMera bag. Gift Certificates are fully transferable but cannot be “re-gifted” by changing the number and recipient’s name. Thank you for your understanding. Call us ahead for easy pickup at the Spa. Delivery via Courier at a minimum charge of $35. We mail for free in Southern Ontario at regular Canada Post rates within 4-5 days not guaranteed. Please note: No cash refunds.
